Simple keepsake box style urn is available in walnut, cherry, oak, maple, alder, or mahogany. Price includes photo engraving of the top and text engraving of the front. We often engrave a poem on a side or place contrasting wood insets upon request. There is no limit to the words that we will engrave, but the more words, the smaller the size of the text.

The urn has a compartment in the bottom for cremains and is about 58 cubic inches or the cremains of a pet or person who weighed about 55 pounds.

Product Description

Simple and elegant medium size wood urn is custom made from your choice of mahogany, alder, maple, cherry, walnut (shown), or oak and can be photo engraved on the top. There is also room on the sides for a few words or a short sentimental verse or poem.

We will use your photo to photo engrave the top tile or wood insert. Select a tile or wood insert for photo engraving. Please keep in mind that some wood combinations work better than others. If you select a wood insert for photo engraving, alder and maple engrave the best and either will look nice in a walnut, cherry, or mahogany urn. Maple does engrave lighter than the alder.

The bottom opens (with screws) and the cremains are placed in the bottom of the wood urn. This urn holds approximately 58 cubic inches or the equivalent of a 55 pound predeceased weight. This urn is a very nice, high quality U.S. made urn.

We usually keep one or two in stock that can be designed and engraved in 1-2 weeks, but these are generally custom made from your choice of wood upon request and take about 3-4 weeks for completion.
